FINAL WRITTEN REFLECTION 

• Positive aspects of the semester learning experience

Along the semester I learned many words about the different topics that we saw and the different ways to improve a writing, speaking, listening and reading that help us to have a better learning experience. 

The way that the teacher applied with us to learn more information about the topics that are in English was perfect because with this method we are participating constantly and learning about the common errors that would have in some writing.

• Points that need to be improved

The main points that need to improve is the way to write and avoid the commas in all the sentences and the frequently use of "the". In the speaking I have to learn more vocabulary about the industry and all the processes that we have inside it. This type of vocabulary will help me to communicate with other people that are the same work like me. I have to leave aside the nerves because if I am nervous in all the presentations that I will have in a future I would fail.

• Plan of action for the future

1. Practice with the app of Duolingo to improve vocabulary about the different topics. 2. See the movies in English without subtitles for adapt my ear to hear in English and understand all the situations that are involved inside the movie. 3. Listening to music in English and try to understand what is it about.

• Accuracy in use of English

The use of another language specifically the use of English it is so important because is the international language that all people know and use every day around the world. Learning to use correctly English words is important to communicate properly with other people without errors. In the workplace it is important dominate the English to have better opportunities in our lifes.

My second writing is about an experiencie that I had and gave me an important lesson. In this writing I mentioned about my aunt that died when I was 6 years of cancer. I don't know why people always say that they have many problems about their economy or social life, but they have never thought about other people that have real problems about their health and the time that they have left to live. 

In this writing I improved a little more than the last writing, but I still have some errors in the grammar section. I need to practice every day because sometimes I don't have the enough vocabulary to communicate with other people or to understand the foreign people. I have to write daily a short paragraph about the experiences that I had in the day and only with the practice I will improve.

 In this activity I was very sad because I really dedicated all the time doing the writing and at the end I noticed that everything I had done was really worse. I think I really have to work harder and learn to write correctly in English because I often think that it is possible to put commas or words in places where can not.
Sometimes writing in English is very difficult because you have to know how and where to properly place each of the elements of a sentence. I think that writing daily will help me to be better in this part of the English.

In this activity I had to speak about the person that I most admire. First, I thought in my parents because are the best people in my life, but the teacher said that we had to speak about a FAMOUS person that we admire. In this case I selected Steve Hawking because I think that is a person who in spite of have had many problems in his life and had a strong illness, he knew how to get ahead. I have to mentioned that is important enjoy our life every day because we don't know when we will have a problem or illness which kill ourselves. The only error that I had was the pronunciation and that I forgot all about that I had to say, but I think that I did better than the last time.

This activity allowed me to have more confidence in myself and to know the life of my colleagues, their interests, anecdotes, and everything about their family and major. I think that in this presentation I did not have the best pronunciation and the nerves didn't let me to express everything that I would have meant. Also it is important to learn to speak English in front of people with fluency and with a better pronunciation because when we're in labor sector this will allow us to develop a better way. I have to improve my vocabulary and pronunciation.
